All of our pieces are shipped via USPS Priority mail, and packed well. Items are shipped with delivery confirmation, and orders over $100 will be shipped with insurance.
We will accept products back for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Shipping will not be refunded. If a piece was purchased more than 30 days ago, we will repair any faulty craftsmanship, or replace your item with a similar piece. Before a refund or replacement is given, we must have the original item returned to Elysian Studios.
